The mesh allows it to breath and the materials are easy to clean. You can line it with a kitchen bag if you prefer. The hoop opening measure 4-1/2" inside diameter and is big enough for more bottles and cans. The bag is removable if necessary. Tie downs are made of parachute cord and polyethylene clips at the top and bottom to secure the bag to a post, t-top, rocket launcher, etc.
